NYU Sociology Grad Blogs

Our new wesbite is now online. Right now it consists of two things, a wiki and blogs.

The wiki is designed to be something like the townhall drive: it will provide access to things we all need, but keep access limited to current students. It’s a wiki, so that means that all current grad students can edit and add content, and upload files.

The idea of blogs is to allow people to quickly and painlessly publish information. Right now only this blog is hosted at the site, but more can easily be added. Perhaps the workshops will want to set up blogs to publicize what they are doing. Or maybe individuals or small groups of people may want to set up a blog. That’s fine too.

Email lists can also be created.

But before any of these things can be done, please send an email to: nyusociology@gmail.com so that we can get accounts for you set up.
